Forbes Magazine Ranks Precision Frac #4
MIDLAND, TX (January 29, 2015) – Precision Frac, innovators in the oil and gas industry with their water transfer supplies, is honored to be ranked #4 by Forbes Magazine on their annual list of America’s Most Promising Companies. The 2015 list was recently released and included 100 companies.
Jared Davis, Precision Frac’s CEO, said about being ranked #4 on the list, “We are honored to be included on Forbes’ Most Promising Companies list. We feel such a prestigious recognition by an incredibly powerful and well-respected magazine reinforces what we’re doing as a company and in the oil and gas industry. Our ultimate goal is to help revolutionize the oil field so it can become safer, greener, and more efficient.” Looking back at the company’s exponential growth, Davis added, “We’ve only been around since 2013, and have already made some unbelievable accomplishments during our short time as a company. We will continue moving forward with a vigilant consideration for our customers and those in the petroleum industry.”
Forbes describes the criteria for consideration as a Most Promising Company: “Companies on the list are all private and generating under $300 million annually. Revenue growth plays a big part in choosing the ranking for America’s Most Promising, but that’s not all we take into account. We pay attention to growth rates, growth in employee numbers, how long companies have been doing what it is they do, operating margins, capital raised, product ideas, management, and other factors. Placing one company before another is never easy, but one thing you can be sure of is that each firm is going places — be it to an IPO, an eventual acquisition by a much larger player, or simply on to greater profits.”
